We ship across India from our workshop. Every order is hand-packed to protect the finish of your copper and kansa pieces.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499 across India.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we send out. If something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What's Returnable

  • Items damaged in transit (please share a photo with us within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item received.

What's Not Returnable

  • Natural patina or darkening — this is how copper and kansa age, not a defect.
  • Items that have been used, cleaned, or polished.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@maatiandmetal.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, our return policy above applies.
